- Black Pepper - 2 g
- Garlic - 3 piece
- Olive Oil - 60 ml
- Parmesan Cheese - 50 g
- Rice - 300 g
- Salt - 4 g
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions
- While rice cooks, blend basil, garlic, Parmesan, and olive oil to make pesto
- Season pesto with salt and pepper
- Fluff cooked rice with a fork
