Perfectly cooked eggs poached in rich butter
Ingredients
for 2- Black Pepper - 1 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Eggs - 4 piece
- Salt - 2 g
Instructions
- Melt butter in a shallow pan over low heat
- Crack eggs gently into the butter
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes
- Baste eggs with butter occasionally
- Remove when whites are set but yolks still runny
- Serve immediately with toast
