Savory fried rice with tender chicken and vegetables
Ingredients
for 4- Black Pepper - 2 g
- Chicken Breast - 300 g
- Eggs - 2 piece
- Garlic - 3 piece
- Olive Oil - 30 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Rice - 400 g
- Salt - 5 g
Instructions
- Cook rice and let cool (day-old rice works best)
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper
- Heat oil in a large wok or pan over high heat
- Cook chicken until golden, then remove and set aside
- Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant
- Push vegetables to the side, scramble eggs in the center
- Add rice and chicken back to pan
- Stir-fry everything together for 5 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
