Ingredients
for 2- Black Pepper - 1 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Eggs - 4 piece
- Parmesan Cheese - 40 g
- Salt - 3 g
Instructions
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat
- Pour in eggs and let cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes
- As eggs set, gently push edges toward center
- When mostly set but still slightly runny on top, add cheese
- Fold omelette in half and cook 1 more minute
- Slide onto plate and serve immediately
