Ingredients
for 4- Black Pepper - 2 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Garlic - 5 piece
- Olive Oil - 30 ml
- Parmesan Cheese - 80 g
- Pasta - 400 g
- Salt - 4 g
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, reserve 1 cup pasta water
- While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large pan
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
- Add olive oil to the pan
- Drain pasta and add to the pan with garlic
- Add Parmesan cheese and toss well
- Add reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce
- Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately
