Juicy chicken breasts in a tangy lemon butter sauce
Ingredients
for 4- Black Pepper - 2 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Chicken Breast - 600 g
- Garlic - 4 piece
- Lemon - 2 piece
- Olive Oil - 30 ml
- Salt - 5 g
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through
- Remove chicken and set aside
- In the same pan, add butter and let it melt
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
- Add lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes, stirring
- Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce
