Juicy chicken breasts in a tangy lemon butter sauce

Ingredients

  • Black Pepper - 2 g
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Chicken Breast - 600 g
  • Garlic - 4 piece
  • Lemon - 2 piece
  • Olive Oil - 30 ml
  • Salt - 5 g

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through
  4. Remove chicken and set aside
  5. In the same pan, add butter and let it melt
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
  7. Add lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes, stirring
  8. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce
  9. Garnish with lemon slices and serve
