Light pasta with a bright lemon butter sauce

Ingredients

  • Black Pepper - 2 g
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Lemon - 2 piece
  • Parmesan Cheese - 50 g
  • Pasta - 400 g
  • Salt - 4 g

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a pan
  3. Add lemon juice and zest to the butter
  4. Drain pasta, reserving 12 cup pasta water
  5. Add pasta to the lemon butter sauce
  6. Toss well, adding pasta water as needed
  7. Season with salt and pepper, serve with Parmesan
