Light pasta with a bright lemon butter sauce
Ingredients
for 4- Black Pepper - 2 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Lemon - 2 piece
- Parmesan Cheese - 50 g
- Pasta - 400 g
- Salt - 4 g
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- While pasta cooks, melt butter in a pan
- Add lemon juice and zest to the butter
- Drain pasta, reserving 1⁄2 cup pasta water
- Add pasta to the lemon butter sauce
- Toss well, adding pasta water as needed
- Season with salt and pepper, serve with Parmesan
