Light and fluffy omelette with fresh tomatoes
Ingredients
for 2- Black Pepper - 1 g
- Eggs - 4 piece
- Olive Oil - 20 ml
- Salt - 3 g
- Tomato - 2 piece
Instructions
- Dice tomatoes and set aside
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan
- Pour in eggs and let cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add diced tomatoes to one half of the omelette
- When eggs are mostly set, fold omelette in half
- Cook for another minute
- Slide onto plate and serve hot
